Sursum Corda, ages 12 months, 100% Garnacha

In the elaboration of this wine we use the oldest vines. Upon arrival at the winery, a detailed selection of the grapes is made; then it goes through a spontaneous fermentation in its own yeasts and, afterwards, a maceration of approximately 15 days. The aging, from the last vintage, is carried out in 500-litre French oak barrels in order to obtain the subtle elegance that characterizes this wine.

Visual Phase: Intense ruby red color, high layer.

Smelling Phase: Intense scent of strawberry, with certain notes of chocolate and coconut, giving a set of great aromatic complexity.

Tasting Phase: Balanced and intense, reminiscent of coffee and the flavors linger elegantly.

Perfect Pairings: Grilled beef, pork, lamb, ribs, meaty pasta, and all varieties of cheeses

Presentation: Bottle size (750 ml).

Service Temperature: 14–16ºC.
