Tierras de Cebreros is much more that a winery. The wine tourism complex hosts a cozy hotel, where visitors can culminate their experience resting in the middle of nature. The twelve rooms offer a beautiful view of the Valle del Alberche, an idyllic landscape that surrounds the comfortable tranquility of these magnificent rooms.
With huge windows opened to the surrounding vineyards, Tierras de Cebreros restaurant presents a gastronomic offer based on local products. Its cuisine, inspired by traditional recipes, comes to the table with a contemporary setting that surprises the guest. Eggs from Barraco, cheeses from Sotillo de La Adrada or black veal from Avila are just some of the delicacies of the region that are irresistible, and perfectly paired with our wines.
This is much more than just a place for wine culture. Each of the corners of Tierras de Cebreros contain art in different ways. Paintings, sculptures by authors from Ávila and several other internationally recognized artists invite the visitor to reflection, harmony, and calm. The landscape of Ávila interpreted by Fernando Sánchez López, the “Rosal” by Florentino Galindo, the relief by Francisco Farreras or the nude by Benjamin Palencia are just some of the pieces that are exhibited to the delight of those gathered.
Tierras de Cebreros Winery is the perfect combination of modernity and tradition. It is surrounded by its own vineyards, many of these old vines planted in head training and others new ones planted in cordon training systems summing up to 40 hectares.
